David is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in private practice in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. He received his Doctorate degree from Temple University School of Dentistry (1985), completed a General Practice Residency at Saint Joseph’s Hospital in Reading Pennsylvania (1986) and completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Louisville (1990). He is presently an Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.
He is a Fellow of the American Association of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons as well as the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and an active member of the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, Montgomery-Bucks Dental Association and the Delaware Valley Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Jacqueline is a Certified Physician Assistant by the NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants) with special recognition for achievements in and knowledge of surgery.
She graduated from MCP Hahnemann University Physician Assistant Program. She is a Licensed Medical Physician Assistant, a Licensed Osteopathic Physician Assistant and a Fellow Member of the American Association of Physician Assistants.
